About Rhizomatic Thinking Circuits
Circuits are held online via Zoom. Each session is split into two 90-minute parts with a 15-minute break in between, and involves small-group discussions in ‘break-out rooms’.
In Part I, participants are introduced to the topic and prompted with questions for small-group discussion to break into the concept(s) and an active state for critical-thinking and speculation. This segment is designed to lead participants through the artist’s path of learning about the topic.
Part II converges newfangled curiosities and possibilities towards imagining change in the business sector as main inquiries spill over from Part I. Participants are guided through collective association exercises to form questions and create a “rhizomap” — a rhizomatic style of mind-mapping — with the help of live-canvas platform Mural and original facilitation methods that integrate Design Thinking techniques.
At the end of each Circuit, participants are free to stay in the video conferencing room to engage with the hosts and artist.
